Chef Mark Dundas
Mark Dundas is a professional Red Seal Chef who attended culinary college in Saskatchewan. For 18 years, Mark apprenticed and worked at the "Castle in the Rockies," the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. He has also spent many years working in fine dining restaurants and other luxurious hotels. Mark's true passion is food, and he is dedicated to inspiring the people around him to enjoy all aspects of food as much as he does!

Chef Alex Quintieri
Chef Alex Quintieri is an Italian and French trained Chef who attended culinary school in Ontario and apprenticed at the University of Guelph. Alex has been in the culinary industry for over 15 years and has a vast knowledge and experience in the catering and restaurant industry. Alex has been an executive chef locally in Guelph and is passionate about food quality, local ingredients and creating memorable dining experiences.
